Utilizing innovative and differentiating technology, GYM SRQ provides 3D body scanning to get the most accurate and nonobjective results. Each member can measure their progress from the start with consistent scans over time, regardless of water consumption, time of day, and other variables.

Our personal trainers are experienced in the bikini, figure, bodyfitness, physique and bodybuilding categories for first timers and experienced competitors. Facilitated / Assisted Stretching

Facilitated / Assisted Stretching

GYM SRQ offers a complimentary 55-minute session, complete with assessment, for your first stretching session. All stretching sessions are by made by appointment only. Some of our preferred stretching techniques are: Static Stretching, Active Stretching, Assisted Stretching, PNF Stretching, Isometric Stretching, Dynamic Stretching, Active Isolated Stretching, Resistance and Loaded Stretching. Benefits of stretching include: Improved Circulation, Injury Prevention, Improved Posture, Stress Relief, Enhanced Mobility, Minimized Aches and Pains, and Muscular Imbalances.

Corrective & Post Rehabilitation Exercise

Corrective Exercise Training is basically injury prevention. If you have completed physical therapy and would like to achieve the next level of strength, health, and fitness, our Post Rehabilitation Program is for you. Post Rehabilitation Personal Training is available at GYM SRQ without a medical referral. Our Training Specialists place an emphasis on topics to avoid injuries including, but not limited to: Advanced Stabilization, Balance, Flexibility, Coordinated, Movement Patterns, Gait Training, Progressive Resistance, Conditioning, Diabetes, Hypertension, Obesity, Neuromuscular Disorders, Back Pain, Hip Injuries, Knee Injuries, Shoulder Injuries, and Chronic Deep Tissue Pain.

I've had the privilege of working with Drew for 2 1/2 years. It was only natural that I followed him to GYM SRQ. It is such a beautiful gym with top of the line equipment and the best trainers in town. I first walked into the gym when it still had the YouFit colors but Drew, Sohni and Brian were there and it instantaneously felt like home. Which it is. Awesome facility!

Ben Russell particularly is one of the best trainers I have worked with in my life . . and I have been working out with trainers for over 40 years. His advice on diet helped transform my physical appearance and achieve goals I never thought I could. His knowledge of anatomy and the right exercises to help someone achieve their physical goals is beyond compare. At times that I've doubted myself, one look from Ben and his encouraging words of "You can do it" have given me that extra effort to exceed my expectations like never before.
