VERONIKA KOZEVNIKOVA

FRONT DESK CONCIERGE

Veronika came all the way from cold Russia to sunny Florida. Coming from athletic parents, a professional sprint cyclist father and a mountain climber mother. She has been a professional athlete since very early childhood. Veronika began her journey as a professional figure skater since the age of three. At the age of five she has made it into youth national team, at the age of eight she started competing internationally for her country. Living in an Olympic Training Center since a very young age, training four times a day at such young age while also being in a highly competitive Olympic environment has given Veronika discipline, cold and an “all or nothing” mindset that she has been implementing into her life philosophy. At the age of fourteen Veronika fell in love with Olympic Weightlifting and hasn’t looked back ever since. Becoming a 4x National Medallist of Russia, and training under Soviet System with the highest caliber Olympic legendary coaches and athletes for years, has taught her the true “art” of weightlifting where technique, smart approach and discipline matters the most. Weightlifting isn’t just about lifting heavy and looking good, but it’s about shaping one’s character, learning to control oneself emotions, gaining confidence and developing strength to face one’s insecurities and biggest fears. Which helps everyone become a winner in every aspect of one’s life.
