Self Defense & Striking
Train with former Pro Kickboxer and learn proper striking & self defense technique! Get a full body and cardiovascular workout while learning how to defend yourself! Workouts include striking with gloves too so bring them if you’ve got them!
We’ll utilize Free Weights, Medicine Balls, Stability Balls and an infinite number of gym tools (or toys??) to help you burn fat, build muscle. You’ll love this fast paced, energetic workout designed to make you breathless and have an absolute BLAST!!
