TNT Morning Bootcamp

We’ll utilize Free Weights, Medicine Balls, Stability Balls and an infinite number of gym tools (or toys??) to help you burn fat, build muscle. You’ll love this fast paced, energetic workout designed to make you breathless and have an absolute BLAST!!

Glovin UP

Self Defense & Striking

Train with former Pro Kickboxer and learn proper striking & self defense technique! Get a full body and cardiovascular workout while learning how to defend yourself! Workouts include striking with gloves too so bring them if you’ve got them!

Tone it UP!

Semi-Personal Training

Get many of the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost! Workout with friends or make new friends! Workouts include cardio, resistance, flexibility & stability.

Stretching with Max

Recover and find balance in this 30-minute fun and challenging class. Utilizing dynamic stretching and body weight exercise to aid in relieving pain, building functional strength, and improving flexibility.

I've been in the gym and fitness industry for several years, and they are some of the most helpful, positive, and overall enjoyable people to be around. If fitness is tough for you to get into, I highly suggest trying them out. They make it fun and inclusive.

If you want to leave a bootcamp class thinking that was one of the hardest workouts I've ever done and crave for more this is the gym for you! Fun but hard workouts! He's great at correcting form too!
