SMALL GROUP TRAINING CLASSES
Utilizing basic movements and proper form, we push you to results to get stronger, leaner and focus on postural correction. You will leave every workout feeling better than when you came in!
Strength Training for Endurance Athletes
Strength training has been proven to increase performance in endurance sports. This workout teaches your mind and body the correct techniques to prime for the repetitive motions of running, swimming, and cycling. Heavy emphases on mobility and form correction.
Fit Force Express
A 30-minute session that offers a challenging intensity that only a condensed session can offer! Be ready to test your overall strength, stamina, balance, and agility.
Full Body Fitness
A full body calorie crushing, fat finishing workout designed to build coordination, agility, and stamina. Each exercise will involve the entire body. Equipment used will vary.
MOBILITY in MOTION
Basic range-of-motion, stretching, breathing, and balance exercises. No special equipment necessary. Can be done with a partner, but not required. No high-impact movements, but there will be balance and coordination challenges!
We’ll utilize Free Weights, Medicine Balls, Stability Balls and an infinite number of gym tools (or toys??) to help you burn fat, build muscle. You’ll love this fast paced, energetic workout designed to make you breathless and have an absolute BLAST!!
Stretch / Foam Roll
A full session dedicated to recovery! Utilizing various stretching techniques and foam rollers to teach how to implement recovery into your workout routine. Use what you’ve learned both in and away from the gym!
