Trying to leave the world a little better then I found it, is my goal in life. Physical, mental, and spiritual fitness as well as building a strong community are the means by which I have chosen to achieve my goals. I have been helping people achieve their goals of improving their health and well being for over 20 years!
I believe and practice many aspects of health and fitness such as resistance training, yoga, and fitness such as resistance training, yoga, endurance training and nutrition. I have competed and can prepare people for the Savage Race, 1/2 marathons, GORUCK, Obstacle Course, and Life Coaching.
