Our personal trainers create programs based on the bio-mechanics of a specific sport into client training to enhance athletic performance. Whether it’s Golf, Football, Baseball, Soccer, Tennis, Rowing, Basketball, or Combat Sports…we can help. GYM SRQ is the place for athletes wanting to improve: Speed and Agility, Power and Strength Endurance, Flexibility and Mobility, Mental Preparedness, Recovery/Regeneration Techniques and Strategies, Nutrition, Pre-Habilitation, and Injury Risk Reduction.
Corrective Exercise Training is basically injury prevention. If you have completed physical therapy and would like to achieve the next level of strength, health, and fitness, our Post Rehabilitation Program is for you. Post Rehabilitation Personal Training is available at GYM SRQ without a medical referral. Our Training Specialists place an emphasis on topics to avoid injuries including, but not limited to: Advanced Stabilization, Balance, Flexibility, Coordinated, Movement Patterns, Gait Training, Progressive Resistance, Conditioning, Diabetes, Hypertension, Obesity, Neuromuscular Disorders, Back Pain, Hip Injuries, Knee Injuries, Shoulder Injuries, and Chronic Deep Tissue Pain.
