Cancelling memberships are accepted in person or via email to cancel@gymsrq.com. Once your 30-day notice of cancellation is provided, you will receive a confirmation of your final date of final entry.

Freeze Policy: We will freeze your membership and current pricing for up to one year. Simply provide your dates of freeze and unfreeze in person or email to cancel@gymsrq.com. Payment for your returning month will be collected upon your freeze request.

All members, guests, and employees are to be treated with courtesy and RESPECT.

All dumbbells, plates, and any other pieces of equipment must be RETURNED to designated locations.

Please wipe down equipment to SANITIZE after use.

If you spill, please CLEAN it up or alert one of our staff members so we can keep the gym the clean.

Equipment is to SHARE, so please allow others to “work in”. When asking to “work in”, please be courteous to the person already on the machine.

Super setting is allowed, so be AWARE to not to rest on equipment if another is waiting.

Members in Small Group Training have THE-RIGHT-OF-WAY in the Athletic Training Area. Schedule posted.

Lockers are first come first serve. Locks are to be REMOVED each visit.

Refrain from EATING in workout areas.

Bags on the gym floor are PROHIBITED. Please put them in a locker or leave them in your vehicle.

All employees are Certified Training Specialists; it is our pleasure to ASSIST form or offer a SPOT!

GYM SRQ staff and management reserves the right to deny ACCESS to the facility if any issues arise with the above.
