Diane has a passion for exercise that is evident in every workout. Are you ready to set some new goals? Destress? Do you need motivation or Accountability? Or, are you ready to just have some fun while you workout? Positivity and encouragement are key to feeling great and achieving the beginning of the building blocks of fitness…core strength, flexibility, weight loss, total body conditioning and building muscle! Using a proven functional approach and aligning knowledge and experience for 16 years, her techniques have helped hundreds of clients. Diane is creative in her workouts and she is committed to her clients. Her credentials support the expertise she shares every day!
Diane was born in Tampa into a large athletic family. She has been an athlete since the age of 6, playing softball & cheerleading into her 20’s in corporate leagues and throughout high school and college and eventually to be a professional cheerleader for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Exercise, conditioning and whole food nutrition have been important to Diane her entire life. She has experience with sports specific training: yacht racing, golf, tennis, volleyball, basketball and snow skiing. Enjoying your ADL – Activities of Daily Living – is an important element she integrates into workouts by incorporating balance and mobility exercises. Wellness coaching has also been a part of her training that she uses to encourage clients in many areas. Diane has trained young high school age athletes all the way to seniors. It is a passion she has to help others, from physical strength to mental strength!
